Can I take Efamol Active Memory alongside medication or other supplements?Updated a day ago

If you're taking prescription medication or other food supplements, we recommend speaking to your GP, pharmacist or healthcare professional before taking Active Memory.

Why is this important?

Active Memory contains Ginkgo biloba, which may interact with certain medications, particularly medicines that affect blood clotting.

Additional caution is important if you're taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet medicines, have a bleeding disorder or are due to have surgery.

What about other supplements?

Active Memory contains omega-3 fish oil, vitamin E, vitamin B12 and folic acid, which may also be present in other supplements.

We recommend checking the ingredients and daily dosages to avoid unnecessary overlap.

If you're unsure about combining Efamol products, email [email protected] with the product names. We can help you check the ingredients, but personalised advice about medication interactions should come from your healthcare professional.
