How do I apply promo/discount codes?Updated a day ago

Got an Efamol discount code? Great! You can easily apply it at checkout to save on your order.

How to use your discount code:

1. Add your favourite Efamol products to your basket.

2. Proceed to checkout.

3. Look for the "Discount code" box.

4. Enter your promo code and click "Apply".

5. Your discount will be automatically deducted from your order total if the code is valid.

My discount code isn't working. What should I do?

If your code isn't applying, we'd recommend checking:

• Spelling: Make sure you've entered the code correctly, without any extra spaces.

• Expiry date: Some promotional codes are only valid for a limited time.

• Offer conditions: Certain codes may only apply to selected products, orders over a minimum value or one-off purchases.

• Other discounts: Some promotional codes can't be combined with other offers or discounts.
