How do I cancel my order?Updated a day ago

Changed your mind? No problem! You have the right to cancel your order at any time before delivery or within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You can request a cancellation in two ways:

1. Through your Efamol account: Log in to your Efamol account and manage your order.

2. Contact our Customer Service team: Email us at [email protected], including your order number and, if you're happy to share, your reason for cancellation.

You don't need to provide a reason to cancel, but your feedback is always appreciated.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, our team will guide you through the returns process. Once you've notified us of your cancellation, you'll have a further 14 days to return your items.

Please note that certain products may be exempt from cancellation rights, including sealed products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
