How do I cancel my subscription?Updated a day ago

We understand that plans change! You can cancel your Efamol subscription at any time through your customer account.

How to cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your Efamol account using your email address.

2. Select "Manage Subscriptions" to view your active subscriptions.

3. Choose the subscription you'd like to cancel and open "View Details".

4. Scroll down and select "Cancel Subscription".

5. Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm your cancellation.

Once your cancellation is complete, you won't be charged for any future subscription orders.

When do I need to cancel?

To prevent your next order from being processed, please cancel before 4pm UK time on the working day before your scheduled dispatch date.

If your order has already been processed, we may be unable to stop it from being dispatched. However, you can still request a refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

You can also pause your subscription, skip your next delivery or change your delivery frequency through your account.
