Got enough Efamol supplements to last a little longer? No problem! You can skip your next subscription delivery without cancelling your subscription.

How to skip your next delivery:

1. Log in to your Efamol account using your email address.

2. Select "Manage Subscriptions" to view your active subscriptions.

3. Choose the subscription you'd like to manage.

4. Click "Skip Next Order" and confirm your selection.

What happens when I skip a delivery?

Your next scheduled order will be skipped, and you won't be charged for that shipment. Your subscription will remain active, with future deliveries continuing as scheduled.

When do I need to skip my order?

To prevent your next order from being processed, please make any changes before 4pm UK time on the working day before your scheduled dispatch date.

If your order has already been processed, we may be unable to stop it from being dispatched.
