One 150ml bottle provides approximately 15 days' supply when taken at the usual recommended daily dosage of 10ml.

How much should I take?

• Children aged 3 years and over: 10ml per day.

• Adults: 10ml per day as the usual maintenance serving.

For adults only, Efamol recommends doubling the usual daily serving for the first 12 weeks, in accordance with the product's dosage instructions.

At this higher introductory intake of 20ml daily, one 150ml bottle will last approximately 7–8 days.

Does the higher introductory dose apply to children?

No. The higher initial dosage is recommended for adults only.
