The recommended maintenance dosage of Efalex Brain Formula is 2 capsules per day, preferably taken with food.

However, when you first start taking Efalex, we recommend doubling the usual dose for the first 12 weeks.

How much should I take?

• First 12 weeks (adults only): 4 capsules per day.

• After 12 weeks: 2 capsules per day.

• Children aged 5 years and over: 2 capsules per day, following the age-specific instructions on the packaging.

The higher initial dose is recommended for adults only.
